RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ITEMS EXCLUDING WATCHES

 

+ What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. We will issue a refund or exchange for an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in it's original and unworn condition. Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment after we've received and inspected the item(s). We do not refund shipping costs.

+ Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping the item(s). If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will provide a pre-paid USPS return label for you to use. Please place all items in their original packaging and drop the package off at a USPS location.

At the moment, we do not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless it is an error/mistake on our part. Please place all items in their original packaging and ship it to:

+ When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment as soon as we've received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3 - 5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment once the process is completed.

+ Do you have a price match policy?

If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.

+ What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. You will have a 3-day inspection period for your watch. We do not refund shipping and insurance costs.

+ Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us for a refund authorization before shipping the watch. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and agree to assume any risks in shipping.

International customers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex, and other high end watches, to the U.S. from foreign countries and will be responsible for any taxed or customs fees potentially incurred. We will conduct a detailed inspection upon receiving the returned watch.

+ When will I receive my refund?

Provided that the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the watch. We do not refund shipping and insurance costs. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. This process typically takes 3 - 5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your balance once the process is completed.
