RETURN POLICY


 

ALL ITEMS EXCLUDING WATCHES:

 

+ What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely thrilled with our products. If expectations are not met due to sizing issues, defects, or color displeasure, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt in the original and unworn condition.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom Straps (that were made with special instructions)
  • Gift Cards (which never expire)
  • Shipping Costs

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment once we've received and inspected the item(s).

+ Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping the item(s). If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will provide a pre-paid USPS return label for you to use. Please place all items into the original packaging and drop off the package at a USPS location.

At this moment, we do not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless there was an error/mistake on our part. Please place all items into the original packaging and ship it to:

+ When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment as soon as we've received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3 - 5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment once the process is completed.

+ Do you have a price match policy?

If the price of an item changes within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly match the price for you.

 

FOR WATCHES:

 

+ What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your watch. You will have a 3-day inspection period for your watch before it is ineligible for return. All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

+ Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us for a refund authorization before shipping the watch. Note that you will be responsible all return shipping costs and agree to assume any risks in the process.

International customers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex, and other high end watches, to the U.S. from foreign countries and will be responsible for any taxed or customs fees potentially incurred. We will conduct a detailed inspection upon receiving the returned watch before issuing a refund.

+ When will I receive my refund?

Provided that the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the watch. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment and this process typically takes 3 - 5 business days to complete.
